Each bottle of This Water bought gives one person in Malawi clean drinking water for a month.
At This Water, we feel it is important to share some of the money we generate by supporting charities that address the global water challenge.
We have recently chosen to work with Pump Aid, who establish sustainable supplies of clean water and safer sanitation provisions in Malawi, Zimbabwe and Liberia.
Our new This Water 2010 project takes place in the central region of Malawi, where we are installing 60 Elephant Pumps, providing 6 community training workshops in pump maintenance, building 50 toilets and providing 5 Participatory Health and Hygiene Education workshops. This project will enable 15,000 people to have access to clean water for life.
