THIS WATER FACEBOOK PRIZE DRAW COMPETITION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE FIND SET OUT BELOW OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “TERMS”) IN RELATION TO OUR THIS WATER FACEBOOK PRIZE DRAW (THE “COMPETITION”).

BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND THAT THEY WILL APPLY TO AND GOVERN YOUR ENTRY INTO THE COMPETITION.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.

-    Anyone over 16 years old can enter the Competition

-    The competition is only open to entrants with personal facebook accounts, and not open to company accounts

-    You can only enter the competition once through your facebook account

-    There will be 1 single winner who will be announced the week commencing 23rd May 2011

-    Anyone living in the UK or Republic of Ireland can enter the Competition.

-    The competition started on Thursday 12th May and finishes at midnight on Sunday 22nd May.

-    The winner will be selected at random from all entrants

-    Upon notification of winning, the winner must answer correctly a skill question to be eligible to receive the prize

-    ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS MAY LEAD TO YOUR DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE COMPETITION.

 The Competition is operated and managed by Innocent Limited (“Innocent”, “we”), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 4004092, whose registered office is at innocent ltd, Fruit Towers, 342 Ladbroke Grove, London, W10 5BU

TERMS

1. HOW TO ENTER
1.1 The Competition is open to anyone over the age of 16 who is a resident of the UK or the Republic of Ireland

1.2 No purchase is necessary in order to take part in the Competition, but entrants must have their own personal facebook account. It is free to enter the Competition though only one single entry per user will be accepted..

1.3 Competition entrants (“Entrants”, “You”) may only enter the Competition through our facebook website which is at http://www.facebook.com/thiswater (the “Website”)  Entries made by post will not be accepted.

1.4 Entrants who live outside the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland shall not be entitled to enter the Competition.

1.5 The Competition will run from 12th May 2011 (the “Start Date”) 22nd May 2011 (the “Closing Date”). Innocent reserves the right to terminate the Competition at its sole discretion should it wish to do so prior to the Closing Date.


2. THE COMPETITION
2.1 In order to enter, Entrants must follow the instructions regarding entry at http://www.facebook.com/thiswater (the “Instructions”).  Entrants can only enter the competition as individual users of facebook. Each Entrant grants to Innocent the non-exclusive worldwide right to publish the Entrant’s name in the Competition, by all media.

2.2 Entrants will enter the competition by submitting their personal data and agreeing to terms and conditions.

2.3 At midnight Sunday 22nd May 2011 the competition will be closed, and the winner will be selected at random.

2.4 Upon notification of winning, the winner must correctly answer a skill question to be eligible to receive the prize

2.5 The decision of Innocent as to the Winner shall be final.  No correspondence will be entered into with Entrants in relation to the Competition (other than to inform an Entrant that he or she has won a prize) although we will look to review the circumstances of any valid complaint made in accordance with clause 7.1.

2.6 Events may occur that render awarding the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Innocent and Innocent may, at its absolute discretion, vary, amend, suspend or withdraw any Prize with or without further notice.


3. PRIZE
3.1 Innocent will use its reasonable endeavours to inform the winning Entrant within 2 weeks of the end of the competition.

3.2 The Winner shall be entitled to receive a shopping spree with Puma up to the value of £250 (the “Prize”). This shopping spree will either consist of: a visit to Puma’s London store at 52-55 Carnaby Street Soho, London W1F 9QD, where the winner will be able to select Puma items up to the value of £250; alternatively, the winner will be able to identify the items that they want (up to the value of £250) online at http://www.puma.com/ (items subject to availability) and then inform PUMA who will arrange for home delivery.

3.3 Innocent will not provide for costs incurred for travel to and from the Puma store. These are made at the discretion of the winner.

3.4 Prizes awarded to the Winner are not transferable and no cash alternative will be awarded. Innocent and Puma reserve the right to substitute any Prize (or portion thereof) with one of like value at their sole discretion. Prizes must be accepted by the Winner in the form provided and no warranties whatsoever are given in relation to the Prizes.

3.5 Innocent will only award one Prize per household.

3.6 To the fullest extent it is permitted to do so under law, Innocent and its parent, subsidiary, affiliated and associated companies accept no responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the award of any Prize.

3.7 If Innocent are not able to contact a Winner for any reason within a reasonable time of the end of the two weeks following the closure of the competition, it shall be entitled to declare an alternative Entrant the winner and shall in no circumstance have any liability to an Entrant for any failure on its part to contact a winning Entrant for any reason.

3.8 Subject to these Terms, all Prizes will be awarded within 6 weeks of the Closing Date of the Competition.

4. CLOSING DATE AND TIME
4.1 The Competition will be operated by us from the Start Date and will cease to operate the Competition at midnight (GMT) on the Closing Date.  Any attempt to register an entry into the Competition after such time shall not be valid.

4.2 Innocent accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to by fully and correctly submitted by midnight (GMT) on the Closing Date.
 

5. USE OF YOUR DETAILS
5.1 Each Entrant hereby agrees that Innocent is entitled to use its personal data (to the extent collected during registration) for the purposes of operating and administrating the Competition and for the purposes set out in clause 5.2.

5.2 The Winner agrees that Innocent may use and publicly display their first name on the Website and on its products for the purposes of publicising the Competition.

5.3 Each Entrant warrants that:

5.3.1 in submitting his details he has accurately represented his name and email address;


6. GENERAL
6.1 Any dispute or complaint concerning the Competition should be made in written form and be addressed to This Water Facebook Competition, Fruit Towers, 342 Ladbroke Grove, London, W10 5BU.

6.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute in relation to them shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
